This place was my favorite during my stay and served as an excellent home base for five nights.

The hotel was an interesting place for enjoying a safe area, close to the Roman fortress-Dioclketian palace and the main waterfront and strip in Split. A microwave, an electric kettle, and a fridge in my double room were a very thoughtful addition.

The room was spotless and bright, with a shower, hair dryer, and bath sheets included. the bed was very clean. the hotel's location is really close to the castle, waterfront, and city center.

The location of this place was perfect, close to everything and really close to the city center, plus we had a separate bedroom.

This spot is a great place for sightseeing and exploring around here with excellent service.

The hotel is right next to the ancient Diocletian palace, which is very convenient.

The location here is unbeatable, just a minute walk from a Roman temple, and the staff was incredibly friendly, providing me with a beautiful double room.

The staff here was really friendly and helpful throughout our three-night stay, making it a perfect visit.

The suite accommodation at the hotel was spacious and comfortable, providing a great stay experience. the location of the hotel was key, as it was just across the road from the main attractions, making it convenient for exploring. the cleaning lady was very friendly and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant stay.

The patio was smaller than expected due to ongoing construction work. the breakfast included in the package was not up to par, being served at a nearby bar that had poor options and unpleasant service.

The room was perfectly clean and bright with excellent facilities for only GBP 22.

Had 3 nights in Split, spent our time here lovely. the accommodating staff accommodated all the needs. - We had a spotlessly clean room. - the hotel was right by local shops, salons, market stalls, and Port. - the location was unbeatable, with Konoba Korta nearby, where we could eat. I had a wonderful 3-night stay in Split at the Garden Rooms & Suites. the staff was incredibly accommodating and fulfilled all our needs. Our room was impeccably clean and well-maintained. the hotel's location was perfect, surrounded by local shops, salons, market stalls, and the Port. we enjoyed the close proximity to Konoba Korta, a great dining option nearby.

Our room had a nice separate bedroom that was big, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

I unexpectedly returned to Split and luckily, Garden Rooms & Suites was available. The cleaning lady, Ms. Jazna, was amazing and kept the apartment spotless. The location was perfect, with everything I needed nearby. The apartment had a good heating system and strong water pressure. I loved the front patio for enjoying coffee. The bed was incredibly comfortable and there were extra blankets. a fantastic stay!

Would be happy to recommend this hotel.

Great location and cleanliness. The apartment provided everything we needed for a short stay. The staff, especially Jasna the housekeeper, was extremely friendly and helpful. She even gave us recommendations for places to eat. The apartment is also conveniently located near a small fast food place and a cafe, which was a plus for us.

The decor was tacky and it felt like the amenities were just leftovers from previous guests. The water heater didn't last long if more than one person needed to shower.
